VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE, SYSTEMS DIVISION

Responsible for all financial, administrative and acquisition functions of the $300 million information technology activities of the Bank:

  • Built ‘FACTS’ systems within six months, which integrated previously unconnected accounting and operational information systems and provided the first true management information system to effectively manage this large and diverse Division
  • Developed a financial model for transforming the Systems Division into a stand-alone entity servicing the needs of the Bank and third party customers.

VICE PRESIDENT, AUDIT, INSPECTION DIVISION

With a staff of 200 was responsible for the internal audit of the 1,000 branch domestic network, as well as all international operations, plus investment banking activities and computerized systems:

  • Increased productivity by reducing total head count by 10% over three years, while expanding risk-based audit coverage.
